Once confirmed, our team carefully packs your order and gets it on its way. From our farms to your table, it’s always fresh, always good.
We understand plans can change! If you need to update or cancel your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed and fulfilled when you request the change, we will endeavour to make changes for you to the best of our ability. DELIVERY FAQ
We’re proud to bring Thomas Farms products to more than 200 postcodes across South Australia, covering metro, regional, and rural areas. That includes favourites like the Barossa, Yorke Peninsula, and Clare Valley. Simply pop your postcode into our checker to see if we deliver to you. If you’re outside our zones, you’re still welcome to pick up directly from our Cavan store.
Our goal is to get your order to you as fresh as possible. Orders usually take a minimum of two business days to process and deliver. If you’d like to plan ahead, you can even schedule a delivery date up to three months in advance. It’s flexibility designed to fit around you and your family.
Don’t worry if you’re not home — we’ll make sure your order is safe. Our couriers will leave it in a secure spot, and you can leave special instructions in your order notes if you have a preferred location (like near the front door or a shady spot). Because of our insulated boxes and ice packs, your order will stay chilled for up to 5 hours until you get home.
Yes, we deliver to both homes and businesses. If it’s a business address, just let us know the opening hours so we can make sure the timing works. You’re also welcome to nominate a friend or family member’s address if it’s more convenient. We’ll do our best to get your order where it suits you most.
Absolutely. If your order doesn’t meet the delivery minimum or you’re outside our delivery zones, you can collect it directly from our Cavan store. Many customers love this option because it lets them connect with our team and pick up their order on their own schedule. We love saying thank you to our loyal customers — that’s why we created the Thomas Farms Rewards Program. Every time you shop with us or engage with our brand, you earn points that can be turned into discounts on future online orders. Here’s how it works:
300 points = 5% off 550 points = 10% off 1000 points = 20% off
You can choose when to use your rewards. Redeem 5% straight away, or keep building your balance until you unlock 10% or 20% off. The maximum discount you can apply at one time is 20%, and each order can only use one discount or promo code.

Redeeming your points is quick and simple:
1. Log-in to your account on the Thomas Farms website. 2. Click on the Rewards tab to open your rewards pop-up window. 3. If you have enough points, you’ll see a reward with a “copy” button. Click it to copy your unique discount code. 4. At checkout, paste the code into the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ field, click ‘Apply,’ and your discount will be added to your order.
That’s it — fresh, premium Thomas Farms products delivered to your door for less.
Each discount code can be used once. After that, you’ll need to redeem another code with your points.
Discounts are linked to the account that earned them, so they can’t be transferred or shared.
Yes! Gift vouchers are available in values from $50–$500, and they make a great present for friends and family.
No, our online discount codes are exclusive to online orders. They can’t be redeemed at independent retail stockists or our butcher stores. But don’t worry — our stores often have their own specials, so you’ll always find great value wherever you shop.
